I'm standing on this corner, can't get their attention
Facing rush hour faces turned around
I clutch my stack of paper, press one to a chest
Then watch it swoop and stutter to the ground

Sing 'Oh, what force on Earth could be weaker than the feeble strength of one?', like me remembering the way it could've been.

A masterpiece. What pamphleteers hand out to the people who pass by is almost always met with an apathy. To be someone else's pamphleteer is to present yourself to them and to make advances only to be met with disinterest. But God, sometimes you just can't handle that disinterest, sometimes you just want more than anything for the rhetoric that you dole out to them to be met with something that validates all of the shit that you keep on spewing. But man, they don't quit. When you quit, you acknowledge the fact that you've failed, and you have to come to terms with that, but while you still do it, you don't have to face that truth. You can keep living this shallow life while the causes dance away from you. The cause is everywhere. The cause is exactly what you can't overcome...

How I don't know what I should do with my hands when I talk to you. How you don't know where you should look, so you look at my hands... <3
