    "In the Beginning, there was Iggy Stooge...(background: 'Penetraaaation...')...then, there was Alice (background:"I wanna get out of here...')...and then, there was David (..'ground control to...'); but the most bizarre of this incredible trio has always been, and REMAINS...IGGY! ("I'm the street walking cheetah with a heart full of napalm" etc) Iggy and The Stooges, some of the most bizarre performers in Rock music today, return to St.Louis tomorrow, at the visually and acoustically perfect American Theatre("Awriight!"). Iggy and The Stooges ("Whooa!") at the American Theatre tomorrow night for two shows at 7:30 and 11:30p.m. Reserve seats...Tickets available...("Yeah!"). This was a radio ad, not broadcast; I could cry when I hear it. Imagine them in the early 70s...*SIGH*.

    ...So he (Iggy) "acquired" a copy of the unmixed basics to be played on a U.S. radio show whilst David Bowie was going on dominating the world...Hey, I love (early) Bowie, and acknowledge he did a great deal for Iggy.

    Isn't this so bad sounding as it was a tape of the absolute basics of what would become the "Raw Power" album, and Iggy was wanting for folk to hear it, being locked away as the band were-while David Bowie did a huge tour in which he unveiled "his" creation, "Z-Iggy Stardust"? Maybe not. In which case, please disregard this.

    I used to love this song when I was in my late teens and then completely forgot about it until I heard it again a few days ago.So I downloaded it and have been listening to it on a loop ever since. Oh my... I just love when this happens. I go back in time whenever I listen to it. It's sooooooooooooo good, on so many levels!
