The Stone Electric

The Stone Electric are heavily influenced by the quintessential late 60’s - early 70’s rock ‘n’ roll movement including such bands as Faces, Humble Pie, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin plus contemporary artists like The Black Crowes and Lenny Kravitz.
The Stone Electric began to sculpt their vision as an unpretentious straightforward rock ‘n’ roll band in 2005. Perhaps best known for lead singer Noni Crow’s distinctive voice and raw delivery and lead guitarist Austyn Crow’s reckless blues driven swagger along with Noni Crow’s groove infested bass style and the powerful and passionate drumming execution of Dave Godden (UK) and Rich Matlock (US).
The Stone Electric has managed to create a high-energy live show as well as capture that same essence in their recordings. As seasoned musicians and studious descendants of the rock genre, The Stone Electric not only understand the importance of chemistry, but also gives way to natural passion in their unpredictable onstage performances nightly. All of this along with electrically charged songs like Tequila Mockingbird and The Elephant or the sultry gospel of Mercy Me on their debut album The Stone Electric, The Stone Electric has conscripted an explosive brand of music that they can call their own; a new level of intensity that separates them from other bands who are trying to replant the rock ‘n’ roll seed.
