Had to dig up this song after seeing Mazzy Star rave about it in an interview. Not disappointed .

back when they were a good band...Very nice. Can't say much good about them after Beggars Banquet. They were never as good as back then in the mid to late '60's.

When the Stones released "Between The Buttons" they proved to their critics that they were more than just a "covers" band. "Aftermath" made the critics forget that they were ever a "covers" band, although when their catalog is examined closely the songs they covered were by the legends of the blues and r&b.

My oh my! yes indeed! This is one of the tastiest Stones songs ever. No doubt. I remember it was the first AM song played in the sixties that lasted over eleven minutes which allowed DJ's time to go to the head.
