The Retro Spankees are tired. Who put that?

So, you’ve got these four reject space cadets stood in front of you. That’s the image bit sorted, but what should you do with them? What are they good at? They’re not really very good at sports and they’re adequate at customer services. They have got this little band thing though. It’s one of them Lo-Fi, DIY, Eccentric, Hyperactive, Ctrl Alt Pop things that has captured the hearts and souls of human beings across the globe. Their debut album ‘I Know You Are But What Am I?’ - an enthusiastic romp through two minute pop songs released on Kooky Discs in 2005, followed by EP dedicated to the late great Richard Whitely entitled ‘Vowel Play’ led to wicked good performances alongside gigging comrades Bearsuit, Misty’s Big Adventure, Das Wanderlust, Applicants and more! They’ve starred alongside Noddy Holder in Misty’s Big Adventure’s ironic hit ‘Fashion Parade’ and most recently been the backing band for the legendary novelist Alan Moore. Pretty cool huh? So you could get them to keep up with their hyperactive racket or you could stick them in suits and paint smiles on their faces. I’d get them to do the band thing though, because they’re gonna do it anyway.
