Bunch of scroungy kids from Bakersfield, CA that play some truly righteous emotional music in the vein of The Hated, Evergreen, and some other bands that shared those same characteristics. All of their albums have been released on very plain Jane black vinyl outside of Don’t Need Regret and split 7” with La Quiete, the newest (and most likely last) of their albums.

ok couple of things. first of all , all of the guitarists and the singer have a new band called REACHING AWAY. still same heart and feeling to the music, only difference is they play electric acoustics and a different drummer. they have about ten songs now and have been together for a couple of months. also, the singer of the pine has done the impossible and filmed 6 spider-man fan films starring himself as peter parker/spider-man. diy to the core. the films are obviously homemade with no money, but fans of the pine will recognize something genuine in these films no doubt. the second film actually has a couple of evergreen songs in the soundtrack! talk about stickin to his roots! check out the films at www.bagandboardproductions.com and keep a lookout for reaching away songs to start popping up.
