The Panda Band are an indie pop band originating from Perth, Western Australia. Their unique brand of genre jumping music has earned them a reputation amongst local and international musicians alike. They have toured nationally as support acts for bands such as The Sleepy Jackson, Little Birdy, The Grates and Evermore.

    I'm still surprised they aren't bigger. Here in Armidale it seems no ones heard of them! Theres a difference between centre mainstream and unheard of! They were in Hottest 100 the other year but I guess before a lot of my generation listened to triple J. (ridiculous). But really keep up this music it's awesome.

    You can be huge and not be a "sell out", it just doesn't happen enough for people to notice. Everyone wishes success for the groups they enjoy, but many people will stop listening as soon as their band hits the mainstream. I am not going to pass judgment.

    They aren't "HUGE" because they aren't sellouts and don't give two shits about fame. Gotta support that kind of mindset in the music industry. Otherwise, we get a bajillion dumbass bands that all sound the same and they play on the radio every second. It's quality over fame, boyos.
