The Meshuggah thing is pure coincidence. If this track ripped anything of its Deadheads by Breach. Who cares though cause its like the best song ever.

this tune ain't makin' it for me--too tedious. I've heard other work by this group that was fresh in treatment of rhythm, syncopation, counterpoint...this almost makes it but feels like what's left after the collapse of a more masterful working of a tune.

"lol, time signatures are too standard for this to be similar to Meshuggah. " derp. meshuggah almost exclusively use 4/4, they said so themselves. it's just that the riffs, drums etc. are polyrhythmic, that's all.
