Probably the best album title (or combination of words) I have ever read. I am absolutely fascinated by it.

While we all agree here on what a perfection this album is i just want to mention how great the lyrics are, I see various allusions here to american postmodernist tradition, some of the lyrics remind me of Robert Coover's The Magic Poker, or I don't know, John Barth as well maybe? I remember someone on the internet noticed that the song title "Alright, I admit... It was a Whore House" is a direct quote from Vonnegut. Not sure if it was intentional, but it doesn't really matter. Once again this is a masterpiece. I don't listen to metal so much these days but this record after all these years still gives me the chills.

Complex, ruthless, at times, frightening, yet staggeringly progressive. Brilliant shit right here, boys and girls.

I LOVE 'Mongrel.' But the musical complexity of this trumps all. So much going on here, simply amazing.

After having despised this record for one year and a half, I now suddenly seem to understand that it is indeed their most mature, progressive and accomplished effort. If it's not even better than Nuclear, it's at least on par with it in its own way. Oh Jesus fuck, please come back.

Lyrics of The Garden's All Nighters is just genius! yea... "nuber 12" than "the fall of troy"... it's sad, but is not a tragedy! we'll see them again, I hope)

Haters gonna hate. I prefer Mongrel, but it's on par with NSN, imo.
