Even amongst all the greatness of the music of the late 60s psychedelic period, this album stands as something a little bit special.

Stunningly beautiful album, deeply spiritual progressive rock at it's very best. A classic as was their first seven albums. A richly rewarding listen.

Did The Moody Blues ever make a BAD album???? Thank GOD my folks loved good music back in the 60s; I grew up listening to this and still love it.

I actually found this album just lying on the floor of the central station in Amsterdam (of all places) a couple weeks ago. Yay for awesome free music!

Probably my favorite album. Such a mind travel experience. Up there with Days of Future Passed and To Our Children's Children's Children.

I am grateful that I had the opportunity of discovering the beautiful music of The Moody Blues in excess of Nights In White Satin because I detected their albums for a special price in a huge store. To me personally, In Search Of The Lost Chord is one of the greatest albums of all time - even better than Sgt. Pepper because there is no With A Little Help From My Friends on it. ;-)
