While this album does have very cool vocals and lead guitar (Greg Ginn style), it also feels very unfocused. "Think" leading into "L.A.D.O.C.H." are 2 great hardcore punk songs with noise rock influences. The post punk inspired songs mostly work whereas the parts of the album that make the mistake of being a No Age'y noise record with hardcore punk influences are kind of banal. Their next album will hopefully be more unified in style and in the same vein as "Think" and "L.A.D.O.C.H." which is where this band excels.
