Biography

New Brunswick, New York NJ, United States (2004 – 2011)

The Measure were a punk band from New Brunswick, New Jersey, who formed in the summer of 2004. The band recorded their debut LP in the spring of 2005 in order to quickly document what they thought would be a short lived venture. After the band grew in popularity, they continued to put out numerous 7″ singles and splits through multiple labels such as Chunksaah, Salinas, Kiss of Death, Team Science and Snuffy Smile. They released another album, Notes, in 2010.

In January 2011, the band announced that they would be amicably splitting up at the end of the year.
