This lineup was put together after the final recorded lineup of the band came apart when Miller asked Donette Thayer to leave the band (she had dumped him for The Church's Steve Kilbey), after drummer Gil Ray had a back injury that forced him to switch to guitar/keys, and after the rest of the band was cashiered. Three O'Clock frontman Michael Quercio joined on bass and vocals and former Thin White Rope drummer Jozef Becker came aboard on drums, and the band was already doing a lot of songs that would end up on the Loud Family 1994 debut, Plants And Birds And Rocks And Things (in 1990, even.)
