About this album

Turtleneck & Chain is the second studio album of the American comedy troupe The Lonely Island, which is composed of actors and childhood best friends Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone. Many of the songs on the album debuted on Saturday Night Live as SNL Digital Shorts. This is the first Lonely Island album that also has a clean version. On Live with Regis and Kelly, Samberg said it was because they knew they had a lot of young fans and they “wanted to do the responsible thing.”
