As a club promoter he was responsible for bringing new acts and DJs to Denmark for the first time: Paul Oakenfold, Norman Jay, Gotan Project; Sven Våth, Metro Area, Bob Jones, Coldcut, The Orb, etc. He currently runs Music For Dreams (whose biggest release to date is the 100,000 plus selling Bliss), DJs and works for Denmark’s P3 Radio Station (their national Radio 1 equivalent) where his radio show is an eclectic blending of genres as diverse as World, Electronica, Techno, Klezmer, Dub, House, Classical, Soul, Film Scores, obscurities, rarities and other ditties.

In 1994, Bager released a compilation called Music for dreams featuring amongst others Peter Gabriel and Michael Nyman. In 2007 he released his critically acclaimed and commercially successful debut album ‘Fragments From A Space Cadet’ on his own Music For Dreams imprint, which earned him the Danish Statens Kunstfond award.
