I was waiting for the sun
Then I walked on home alone
What I didn't know
Was he was waiting for you to fall

This album is in my top 5 of all time. It broke the year I graduated high school and it still packs such a great punch, so fuzzy and smooth.

This is most likely the best engineered, best recorded, best mastered song of all time.

Saw them on this tour in 93. It was the first time I heard them and I love 'em still.

First track I heard off of them, and I've been a loyal footsoldier for the 'Hawks ever since. This is coldly optimistic, if that's not a contradiction - and if it is, it fits them. Just plain flat-out great!

This was the first song I ever heard with The Jayhawks and it's still one of the best... Beautiful album!

I think you're thinking it sounds like the beginning of "Last Dance with Mary Jane."
