    yeah, apparently JB used to rip off a lot of the PE horn riffs - got his guys to learn to play them note for note. PE, gracious as ever, never ever so much as threatened to sue - that's musical magnamity for you. I think the original PE song was called 'Horn Riffs Oughta Be Free'

    This is James Brown's original and best band, seen them preform at the Soul Bar in Augusta GA, my hometown. They are a compilation of the famous flames! I am so privelaged to have gotten to know James Brown some and his band, or shall I say bands! The resteraunt I worked at was one of his favorites and he used to bless us with his presence often! One time and One man I will never forget! What an Icon!
