IMO as a long time listener Digital Veil >>>>> Nocturne >>>>>>>>> Midheaven. Also I'm surprised about how long this hiatus has lasted. If I remember correctly it was the drummer(?) that made the break up post on FB and then later on something came out from a different member about how it wasn't the full band's decision to end it.
@PutridBastard, "fucking call it quits ffs this band was never meant to be one!." This band that you claim should've never formed would have never made the album that pleasured your ears so much, if they did actually never form. Excellent logic.

I hope they come back after their hiatus with a bang. This band is one of the most underrated ones in the scene (imo). Their music is perfect and they perfected it more with the release of Digital Veil. I still come back to listen their stuff after years and years. They visited once in my country but I missed that show :(

Henry Selva let slip that the band was broken up, which Dean Herrera quickly negated via his formspring, stating that "as far as im concerned we aren’t broken up, that was Henry going out and spewing the inner workings of the band. We never actually came together and decided anything. I’m still real pissed at him for that. Sure we’re taking time, but that doesn’t mean anything other than that… Taking time.. As far as travis…. who knows… can’t say what might have happened." This was a while back and there really hasn't been any news for about 6 months other than the their relentless promoting of bands featuring AJ Minette's students (Art By Numbers, Intervals) and a few other they're toured with/know. They have a big online following - at the least, we'll see some new non-tour material surface beyond the Beethoven covers in a few years when they're more focused/out of school.
Travis did not get the band back together...Travis left (right before a tour...what a douchebag), causing the band to wane between breaking up or finding a new vocalist. They were on hiatus for a while, which Herrera interpreted as "breaking up." Really messed up situation. They need to iron out their differences and UPDATE their damn fans. If Travis is back in its becasue they let him back in, not because he "got them back together."
