I wonder what Mikael is up to these days. He really should be making music full-time; The Honeydrips was excellent.

What's the deal with Hej Da Karolin being a complete ripoff of Cannibal Holocaust? Is he doing a weird cover? or what's the deal?

It's not "them"; it's only one guy, but nevertheless he should've made more music before discontinuing the Honeydrips project.

Here Comes The Future is a beautiful album. Not meandering and twee...lush and compelling melodies. I'm really impressed. So much for the US and UK...the best music is out of Sweden. Guess that's what they do during the cold winters.

I saw the male singer open for Jens Lekman in Portland. He was alone, wearing a guitar he didn't play, and sang to background music playing through iTunes on his laptop. It was terrible.

I saw the male singer open for Jens Lekman in Boston. He was alone, wearing a guitar he didn't play, and sang to background music playing through iTunes on his laptop. He kept saying, "We are the Honeydrips." I had no idea what I was witnessing but it made me smile.
