Biography

Short-lived but highly inventive and heavy hardcore band from Montreal, Canada.

Drummer Miguel, guitarists Dali and Hal, and Kevin (who joined for their final two shows), Julien on bass and Jordon on vocals released one EP ‘The Skyline Shoreline’ and one full-length, ‘Great Lakes’, in 2005 on the Dine Alone/Distort Entertainment label. In 2007 they announced they were breaking up. Many fans protested and signed petitions to keep them together. They left unreleased tracks including Tallsmanville Miners, Great Minds, Pamplemouse, Nooner, and I Can’t Remember.

i agree, im not sure anything could have lived up to great lakes. great minds was a nice little bonus though. i just wish i could see them live again. i would go to canada just for that gig.

what would I give for bringing them back together .. but maybe it was better that they did break up, so they missed the opportunity to disappoint their fans, turning to mainstream music instead of making real shit like "Great Lakes"
