Seven Day Mile (4:33)

Cover of Dance the Devil

From Dance the Devil and 1 other release

Awesome song from the soundtrack of the movie “On The Edge” with Cillian Murphy. This song was also featured on the season 6 premiere of House at the end of the episode, when House is getting on the bus.

It was actually written and directed by someone else..."The song "Seven Day Mile" appears in On the Edge, which was directed and co-written by former Frames bassist, John Carney. It also appeared near the end of House, M.D. Episode 1, Season 6, "Broken". The song "Pavement Tune" is featured in commercials for the NBC show quarterlife". They shoulda fought harder to keep him, the rest of their songs just don't have the same quality.

This song is great...but why is it so different from the rest of their songs? I tried listening to all their others songs and this was the only was that was this good. Sounds like it was written by a different writer, produced by a different producer, and sung by a different singer. It's a bit a betrayal when a prolific band has one decent song. The rest of their songs are totally different.
