Formed in 1989, The Follow has released four full lengths, several maxi-singles, and a b-sides album. The band released Mixtures - The Remixes on Jan 13th, 2009; the band’s 20 year anniversary. They have a new full-length scheduled for a 2009 release that is in production now (first quarter 2009). The Follow has supported acts such as Plain White T’s, Zwan with Billy Corgan, Gravity Kills, Local H, The Afters, Zeromancer, Thrill Kill Kult & Thousand Foot Krutch. The band has toured the U.S. & Europe, received commercial and college radio airplay across North America, and has received music placement on MTV, The Discovery Channel & more. TheFollow.com

The FolloW supported Sonic Youth in 2004 and then the Nine Inch Nails and Team Sleep in 2005. In late 2005 the follow was invited on an exclusive all expenses paid trip to L.A. for a few showcases for selected music industry kids and record company personel. The FolloW have recorded ‘Hope you’re Happy’ with Producer Nick Launay (www.launay.com) in SYDNEY, Australia. Hope you’re Happy was released in August 2006 through Love Cult/MGM
