One of the best albums of the 80s. This is where it became apparent that MES was more interested in Rockabilly than in Punk and also the first record to feature the "classic" lineup. Many of The Fall's finest moments can be found on here.
"C'n'C-S Mithering" is one of my favorite Fall songs. A blistering epic composed of the key Fall elements: wonderfully catchy/hypnotic repetition and a pissed-off Mark E. Smith ranting over incredible lyrics. Love the way it segues seamlessly into "Container Drivers," too.
