The Exotic Birds

The Exotic Birds were a Cleveland, Ohio band in the early 1980s featuring Trent Reznor and Chris Vrenna, both of whom would later perform with Nine Inch Nails, as well as Andy Kubiszewski, who went on to perform in Stabbing Westward. Timothy Adams, Jr., and Tom Freer also performed in the band, although they did not join any subsequent bands.

Three albums were released by the band: The Exotic Birds was released in 1984 by Saturn Records, L’oiseau was released in 1986 on Pleasureland Records, and Equilibrium was released in 1989, also on Pleasureland Records.
