The Enright House is the solo moniker of Mark Roberts, who writes an intensely personal music that’s meant to touch and uplift sensitive and thoughtful individuals. Whilst his music is often steeped in melancholia and darkness, it’s never long before the music returns to heightened moments of sensuality, euphoria, and hope.

Perhaps The Enright House’s music is best suited for lighting fires on rainy autumn-winter days, or for napping in the blurry sunshine of a spring beach, or for falling in and out of love and daydreaming about your life.

Since The Enright House’s first EP release in late 2006, Mark has released his debut album “A Maze and Amazement”, three additional EPs, various singles, remixes and collaborations, a split 7″, and four music videos. The Enright House also completed three tours of New Zealand, played some exciting festivals like SXSW, and, in early 2009, went on an adventurous 3-month tour of the USA.

After living in New Zealand for five years, Mark now resides in New York and is currently working on his second full-length album, due out in 2012.
