    First listen to the new album - not the disaster A Little Messed Up was, actually sounds pretty decent. Dreadful artwork though :-/

    New recording is so good. Song after song of hooks, joy, and rock & roll. (Now if I can just get Spotify to label the songs correctly. Scrobbling to Kelly Ogden.)

    I have to agree with aniym, the third album kinda sucks. The second album has a couple of decent tracks, but towards the end of that album, and all of the third it just comes across as running out of ideas. Horrible.

    how is it that the lyrics get shittier and more childish as the band gets older? "Om Nom Nom"...really? First album's great, lot's of Veruca Salt/Weezer/That Dog. touches. 2nd album- average. Third - you might as well be listening to Demi Lovato.

    For some reason I could almost hear them singing in Japanese with this high-fructose sound. It's like pop J-rock but I can understand it. Dear God. [2]

    I'm surprised that no one from Golden Road.net (at least, no one I know) has commented on this group. The sole reason why I know this group exists is because of that one episode of The Price is Right where they appeared. The more vocal members of that website have a seething hatred for anything Drew Carey or Mike Richards (executive producer as of this comment's post date) does that's different from what Bob Barker or Roger Dobkowitz (their sugar daddy) did, so I was expecting this space to be filled with hateful comments about how the Dollyrots helped "Dismantle Media" "ruin a classic game show that must never be changed from what we grew up with". What a relief, huh? ^^;
