Biography

Colonel JD Wilkes (The Legendary Shack Shakers) and his wife Jessica, along with fellow Shack Shaker Mark Robertson, make up the hillbilly/hokum trio The Dirt Daubers. Based in Paducah, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, the trio brings to the table an ecclectic mix of Appalachian, ragtime, and hot jazz standards and original music. Several Legendary Shack Shakers tracks are covered by the band also.

County of Graves is one of my favorite Shack Shakers songs, I love that they covered it in this style!

\/ That guy is correct. J.D. is just flat-out awesome. Also, someone change the damn band photo! Slow Layne isn't even in the band anymore! Marky Robertson is playing bass now.
