When I am gone from here"

One of the most emotional Cure songs for me. An instant favorite since I discovered it years ago.

This song pulls so many heartstrings, almost too much to listen to. The first song I can remember hearing that made me cry.

The version on Five Swing Live is fantastic. The accentuated and hollow snare sound makes it much more atmospheric, and the solo is perhaps the most archetypal Cure melody.
