Fascination Street (5:14)
From Galore and 38 other releases
‘Fascination Street’ is a 1989 single from The Cure’s album of the same year, Disintegration; the album was a commercial success and is largely considered the band’s creative peak. The Cure’s American record company refused the band’s original choice of ‘Lullaby’ as the first single and used “Fascination Street” instead. At the time, Lullaby was the lead single in the UK, but was released in the U.S. later. The song is notable for its extended bass introduction.

Send ‘Fascination Street’ Ringtone to Cell
Oh it's opening time down on Fascination Street
So let's cut the conversation and get out for a bit
Because I feel it all fading and paling and I'm begging
To drag you down with me to kick the last nail in
The Cure
