"Wild Mood Swings" is the 10th studio album of The Cure.

While the album sold over 1 million copies worldwide it was deeply maligned by some Cure fans for its shift towards the alternative rock sound of the mid 90's.

Vocalist and Cure founder Robert Smith has stated that despite "Wild Mood Swings" lack of critical success it is among his favorite Cure albums.

I'm going to agree with Robert Smith on this one. A great album that's still one of their most interesting to listen to. [3] "Bare" is fantastic. Goosebumps with the last verse of that song. So real [2]

Upon first listen it's not as bad as claimed, strange at most. I see no problem with that, especially minding the title. And it's never boring.

Worst Cure release. "Want" and "Strange Attraction" are good songs, though.
