‘Lullaby’ is a 1989 single from The Cure’s album released the same year, Disintegration; the album was a commercial success and is largely considered the band’s creative peak. ‘Lullaby’ reached number five in the UK upon release, becoming the band’s highest charting single; it remains their only single to grace the Top 5 in the UK. The song won Best Video at the 1990 Brit Awards.
