The British Robots write pop songs, They trade instruments on stage and they are about melodies and harmonies in smallish rooms with green tea.

They have been together for nearly three years now, living and playing around Adelaide. Last year they earned first place in South Australia for 2009’s National Campus Band Competition. The single, Trickster, was featured in the film Coffin Rock, and was also one of the 100 most played songs on local radio for 2009. Brisbane’s Rave Magazine quizzed the band about the genre juggling. The song Favourite Shade reached number 1 on the Unearthed pop chart. And Triple J’s Dom Alessio said he loves our duelling vocals.
