    the final notes of this song are like closing the car door to the rain as the closest friend you've ever had walks away. it is not fair that Hats ends. there cannot be a benevolent god of a world in which Hats ends.

    It's remarkable what a warm song this is with all those cold instruments. And the violin section is marvelous. I've overlooked it a little bit, since it's on the end of the album, but after a couple of plays i got hooked.
