When we first met it wasn't what you said
And still I loved you like mad, loved you like mad
When we first met they were playing that song
And then it stuck into my head, stuck into my head

I feel so betrayed. Why can't stuff like this be on local radio?

I totally agree, I actually thought since it was on their Hall & Oats tribute album that it was a cover! This song is definitely danceable which, coming from The Bird and The Bee isn't a common treat they give us. Probably one if the best Bird and the Bee songs in my opinion.

This is so good. I was surprised when I found out it was an original song. I could totally imagine it as a Hall & Oates song.

I too feel this is absolutely the best song I have heard in the first four months of 2010, and by a pretty wide margin it's my most listened to track of the year. Genius pop. Seems effortless. Is perfectly executed. Hall & Oates should be very flattered that this is the lone original song on the tribute collection.
