The Beauty Shop were an indie/alt country group from Champaign, Illinois, active from 1999-2008. They released two albums, three EPs, and one compilation album. The band was well known for their intense live performances and lead singer/guitarist John Hoeffleur’s engaging lyrics.

    I love these guys so much! They played a show for a friends birthday party on a farm in front of what was once a chicken coop! Was one of the coolest events I've ever been to. Long live the C-U music scene!
