This is a great album, but it's overrated in that it gets credit for innovation that really comes from other albums like Pet Sounds and even Revolver

Really mindblowing. Maybe not their best or the best album ever, but it leaves an unforgettable impression.

I still feel this album is very over-rated for what it is. It is often cited as one of the best albums of all time but it is not even my favourite beatles record, never mind favourite album ever. Abbey Road, White Album, Rubber Soul and Revolver are all stronger albums from the beatles.
