Yeah, this album sold enough copies that it shouldn't be expensive on vinyl. I got a pristine copy (with poster) for 6 bucks today. Well worth it, especially since I don't want to sift through their patchy early albums to get these hits.

16 dollars at amazon.com isnt very expensive for a double LP with a poster. Anyways, Sounds of Summer bests this compilation because of its use of mono tracks rather than stereo. Such as "Fun, Fun, Fun" which sounds awful on this, including the fact that they cut the last part (the best part) of the song with Brians vocals. Probably because Mike Love (that talentless turd) supervised the making of this one.
