These guys accidentally changed music in the last Sixties without even trying to do so, they were just themselves... their brilliant, unique, time-and-space-defying selves.

Not the best written of the Band songs, but performance is 90% of musical perception. The brass is particularly out of place on this track.

First times I heard the band, I thought: well this is nothing, it's the same thing I heard growing up. Which was backwards. This defined the music that defined my childhood.
