The song Sirius has become a staple of many big-time college and professional sporting arenas throughout North America. It is perhaps most well known for its use by the Chicago Bulls to introduce its starting lineup (including Michael Jordan) during its championship years of the 1990s

Player introductions for Chicago Bulls during the 1990s (mentioned above)

Used as entrance music by the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers football team, as part of the “Tunnel Walk”.
Used by German football club VfL Wolfsburg for player introductions.Often played at Toronto Blue Jays home games at Rogers Centre during the 9th inning.
Used as entrance music by ECHL hockey team, the Alaska Aces.
Used as theme song by professional wrestler Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat
As of the 07/08 Premiership Season, it was used by English football team Manchester City.
A version of this song has also been used on the early 90s football arcade game Super High Impact.
Used during the 82nd National FFA Convention during the National FFA Officer Team announcement during the last session,
Used during the 2009 CBR Tour Finale’s Light Show at the American Royal on October 30, 2009.
A version of the song was also featured in the 2006 movie Beerfest and the 2009 movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.
The tune was also used in the “Vanishing Act” episode of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, as background music during Jimmy’s stage act.

    Nice! Like Drazba below, I always think first of the Chicago Bull in the MJ and Scottie era. However, it is a great song with a splendid intro.

    I saw Alan Parsons opening for Yes, talk about great musicians who still have the talent they were blessed with and worked hard to perfect. It was among the top 10 shows I have seen in 35+ years of concerts.

    I know about the Chicago Bulls thing, not many things I miss more than watching Michael Jordan play with the Bulls!! This is a good song to listen to all by itself too though!
