There's an awesome little freeware game called Knytt Stories which has a very similar (though definitely original) soundtrack. When I first heard Nucleus I initially thought I had the game running in the background.

DJ Shadow used more than one sample from the Alan Parsons Project.

Call it what you will, progressive, electronic, classic rock, ect... from the time "the Alan Parsons Project" started making music, I felt that they were and continue to be completely Awesome. They are just as good as (possibly even better than) such super groups as ELO, Supertramp, and Moody Blues. Their album "Turn of a Friendly Card" is in my opinion, one of the most listenable and rockin albums of all time.
