The Dogs In France was the first ever 10p Mixes song. It started out as a drunken nonsense rhyme based around the fact that in French, dogs say “waf waf” (or possibly “ouaf ouaf”) rather than “woof woof” as in English. From there, Danielle created the whole crazy non-story of dogs, autographs, a boy called Jean-Pierre and a trip to Marseille and sang it to Will, who added guitar chords and a silly solo.
