Biography

Composer of mercurial soundtracks for uncertain times, Thavius Beck conjoins various strains of electronic music to arrive at a daringly ambitious sound.
He has received recognition in The Wire, Spin, and Urb for his solo releases under the moniker Adlib, the Lab Waste project with fellow LA artist Subtitle, his early work with Global Phlowtations, numerous guest appearances, and producing for and touring in support of Saul Williams.
An exceptional programmer, engineer and multi-instrumentalist, Thavius Beck’s many talents allow him to take a song from idea to completion without ever having to leave his cluttered studio.

Uncompromising vision and an ear for the unusual are staples of this writer/producer’s work.

    @:yeah_Brah kl fair enough :D , it was worth checking just in case, I do agree about what you said aout him producing for aother rappers, I personally think an album by illogic solely produced by Thavius Beck would be incredible imo

    v I've listened to "Dialogue" and I really like Go! but still don't really care about his rapping :) I'd love to see him produce for other rappers tho...

    @Yeah_Brah thats intresting, im actually kinda obessesed with "Dialogue" album, but yh I agree about recent releases being great, "The Most Beautiful Ugly" is my favorite instrumental release this year, btw its worth checking some tracks of Dialogue incase you haven't heard it, (i'd recommend Go!, Violence, and Pressure) it might change your mind possibly, have a listen and see what you think
