Biography

Th.e n.d, who has grown up, artistically speaking, in Berlin, is in a state of constant seeking, as permanence definitely isn’t his thing, and stagnation most certainly isn’t. He aspires to continually seek to develop himself. The one thing he certainly does know is that the universe of tones and sounds form his being. As he is aware that recently a number of wise men have been making it known that a world without music would be a terrible mistake. And who could ever wish to live within a mistake?

Music as the purpose of life, and the creativity of the individual as the source of an untiring driving force, have at all times been the elixir of happiness for Th.e n.d. He enjoys and creates many types of music, provided that is, that they have stories to tell. He loves piano, just as he loves drums and percussion, guitar and actually any instrument or implement thanks to which the human hand can produce musical sounds. Th.e n.d treasures the variety of possibilities which exist in the 21st century for composition and he also (above all, in fact) uses computers in the generation of his tonal worlds. He is always aspiring to embellish intense melodic themes with appropriate rythmic trimmings. The sound may also owe much to experiment, research and free-thinking. For his music is not to be left shut away in drawers and to be kept by for the sake of serving as examples. It wants to resound freely and authentically in the world and in this way send the listener on a journey whose destination he may determine for himself.
