Ten Tigers were a lo-fi indie band from Essex, UK. Comprising of M, Manda, CK and Paul Travolta, they played strange songs using a wide range of instruments. Sometimes political, they embraced the DIY ethic, and even made some of their own stage clothes. Their live performances were frantic and often a little haphazard, and with short snappy songs and dance routines they at least kept all eyes pointing their way. Their last recording was ‘Any Love is Good Love’ for the charity album of the same name, and they still plan to posthumusly release their album MilkTeeth, one day. M is also in the experimental folk band ‘Lost Harbours’ and records solo under the monkier ‘Petalluck’.
