TCP (aka Temporal Chaos) was formed early in 2008, when Blake Tobias met up with Henry Tarnecky and Jack Wright. With a few ideas brewing, some healthy mutual respect, and a great love for all things progressive music, the ball started rolling. All three are progressive songwriters.
The next 11 months were spent writing and recording the material for the album The Way. Early in 2009, they signed with 10T Records for worldwide distribution and sales.
TCP is built around Henry Tarnecky as the vocalist and lyricist, Blake Tobias on keyboards and bass, while Jack Wright covers guitars and drums.
Band influences are considerable, but among the top inspirations the band cites: early Genesis, King Crimson, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Porcupine Tree, Primus, Kansas, Spock’s Beard, Pink Floyd, Yes and Rush.
