Tellison are a four-piece alternative rock band from Hammersmith in West London. The four met after an earthquake on the Isle of Arran. Their powerful, guitar driven indie rock has gained them recognition, being featured on the hit comedy “The Inbetweeners” and have shared stages with bands like Biffy Clyro, Noah and the Whale, Tubelord, Hot Club de Paris, Johnny Foreigner and many many more. They have released a few EPs and two full length albums, entitled “Contact! Contact!” and “The Wages of Fear”.

Does anyone out there have Viva Denizen? I listened to it a bunch of times years ago when it streamed on their Myspace page, and then it disappeared into obscurity.

Why does no one in America realize how amazing this band is and why does absolutely no one realize how much better The Wages Of Fear is than Contact! Contact!

Sorry about the cheeky plug, but I genuinely think Tellison fans will dig my band's new EP. Inspired quite substantially by Tellison and similar bands, it's available for free download over here: Thanks, and please let us know what you reckon!

Lol at sherman_m saying Tellison are shit. Look at his profile.... "currently listening to snoop dog"... Your music taste means nothing to me... I have never heard a Tellison track that isn't awesome...

Cheers for the info @sigurrob. Also, seconding the Likes Lions love, they are pretty good.

@theneongreen The guy playing guitar/keys is Richard Peter Snapes and, although he is just a touring member, he is a wonderful man with a history of exciting facial hair.

Recorded an exclusive live acoustic session with Tellison's Stephen Davidson (vocals/guitar) recently. Really nice guy and gave a great interview too. Deserving of a lot of success this band. Hugely underrated.

In the bio above it states there are 4 of them and there certainly are in all the pictures. However, last couple of times I've seen them there've been five - is the guy playing keys/guitar just a touring member?
