Ted Roberson(A.K.A tekot60)
Collaborated with legendary Moody Scott on his new CD “The Many Moods of Moody.”
All tracks were created arranged and played by me in my home studio.
Final production was completed at ODDS ON studio in Las Vegas Nevada.
Now back to the beginning.
Instruments: Bass, lead and rhythm guitar.
Lead and background vocals. In my Pro-tools base rec.studio. I create write and arrange backing tracks for other artists. I began playing in the middle fifties with local gospel groups. In early 1964 I joined the band Les Cooper and the house rockers which at this time had a hit record called Wiggle Wobble. I toured with the band until I was drafted in the army in 1966 after I served two years (one year in Vietnam.) I returned home. In mid-1968. I toured Europe and the Middle East with the band DITTO AND THE LOVERS. In 1971 I toured Europe again with the USO show. In 1972 I formed a band called The N.Y. Stock Exchange. Thru a booking agent in Montréal Canada named Pierre Royal, we worked thru Canada from St.Catherine’s to Nova Scotia. In 1976 I joined The Bill Doggett Combo. (Famous for the song, Honky Tonk.) We toured from the east coast to the west coast. Lots of freelance gigs with the likes of, Don Covey, Ben E.
