Techen

Techen consists of Joakim Bergqvist (vocals, synthesizers, programming and lyrics) and Reine Rosenberg (Synthesizers and programming). Both born in 1984 and children of the nintendo generation. The two met in the 2nd year of highschool, 2001. As they discovered they had a common interest in music they became friends. A band was formed. However, that little assembly was doomed from the beginning as all of the members wanted to make completely different music. Years passed and one day (041201) it seemed the time was right. Reine and Joakim was hanging out, playing the synthesizers, and suddenly it fitted. The song Existence was created in an instant and Techen was born.
