There will come a knockin' at the door
Why is everybody makin' eyes at me ?
I don't want to know

Fantastic and underrated track. Makes you think if they did a full album circa 1991 it could have been damn good

it was the required 'new' track included with the first two compilations (_Sand in the Vaseline_ and _Once in a Lifetime_) in order to get people who had all the albums already to buy it. there was a single released for it at that time (1992) as well.

It's only ever appeared on compilations, and I'm not sure if any of those are still in print. In America, there's a download album of rarities that includes it, but you can't get that in Britain. And they wonder why people hate the record industry...

This song works suprisingly well when reading The Road, there's some harmony I can't describe.
