If only they'd have gotten rid of Take Me to the River, this album would be flawless. [2] Don't get me wrong, I love their rendition of the song, but it definitely seems out of place stylistically compared to the rest of the songs on the album. Overall my second favorite of their work, just behind Remain In Light. As said below, brilliant from start to finish. [2]

One of my favorite albums, period! The rest of their catalog is great but this takes the cake. Nothing beats this raw crazy energy!

This one is really one of their best and my 2nd favorite (Remain in Light 1st and Speaking in Tongues closing a very strong top 3).

Impossible to choose a "favorite Talking Heads album" when everything from "77" to "Speaking in Tongues" is so amazing. But this one would be my choice if I absolutely had to choose one to take to a desert isle. Eno coming on board as producer, the music and lyrics just brilliant, this was an exciting point in their musical journey.
